Windows Phone 7 held its launch party in NYC. Microsoft and its vendor will be releasing it to the masses during the month of November.
However, the question comes... Is there a need to jailbreak or access as superuser for Windows Phone 7? Jailbreak is legal for Apple iPhone. However, there isnt any law to protect Windows Phone 7. i guess it will be harder / easier to access as "Root" .What can jailbreak do for Windows Phone 7 ? Currently HTC HD7 and LG Optimus 7 might be coming out soon.
Jailbreaking Windows Phone 7 will lead to more unique functions
- Adjust / Change the homescreen
- Installing self-written apps e.g. Playing Gameboy games
- Playing with different customized themes
- ....
However, last but not least.... Try at your own risk; I doubt warranty will cover the phones.
